Two questions come up often, and both have the same answer: funds from your sales never pass through Payorld.
- Payouts and settlement timing are controlled by your own payment provider, not by us. Check their dashboard first.
- Refunds and chargebacks on your sales are issued through your provider. Payorld cannot reverse a charge on your behalf.
