Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities and businesses that are prohibited or restricted on Payorld. It supplements our Terms of Service and the rules of our payment providers.

1. General rule

You may use Payorld only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, card-network rules, and the terms of your payment provider (including Stripe's Restricted Businesses list). Using Payorld for a prohibited business or activity may result in immediate suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited businesses

You may not use the Service in connection with any of the following:

  • Illegal products or services, or anything that facilitates illegal activity.
  • Intellectual-property or proprietary-rights infringement, including counterfeit or unauthorized goods.
  • Regulated or age-restricted products such as controlled substances, cannabis, tobacco, e-cigarettes, or prescription drugs without proper authorization.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and related accessories where restricted.
  • Adult content and services prohibited by card networks or applicable law.
  • Gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance requiring a license you do not hold.
  • Financial or professional services that are unlicensed, including certain money-transfer, credit-repair, debt-collection, and cryptocurrency activities where prohibited.
  • Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing without a genuine product, and get-rich-quick schemes.
  • Products that make deceptive or unsubstantiated claims, or that facilitate fraud or deception.

3. Prohibited activities

  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or the financing of terrorism.
  • Selling to or transacting with sanctioned persons or in embargoed jurisdictions.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, business, products, prices, or billing terms.
  • Attempting to disguise the nature of your business to evade restrictions.
  • Introducing malware, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or others' accounts.
  • Interfering with, disrupting, overloading, or reverse-engineering the Service.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from the Service without authorization.
  • Using the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.

4. Subscription and billing conduct

If you offer subscriptions or recurring billing, you must clearly disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method to your customers before they subscribe, and you must honor cancellation requests promptly. Deceptive “negative option” or hard-to-cancel practices are prohibited.

5. Reporting and enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with payment providers and authorities. We may remove content, limit functionality, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy. To report abuse, contact support@payorld.com.
