Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
What you may and may not sell or do using Payorld. These rules exist alongside — and never replace — the rules of your own payment provider.
01Prohibited activities
You may not use Payorld to sell, promote, or facilitate:
- illegal products or services in any jurisdiction where you operate
- fraud, deceptive practices, or misrepresentation of what is being sold
- pyramid schemes, chain referrals, or unrealistic earnings claims
- counterfeit goods or content that infringes intellectual property
- weapons, controlled substances, or regulated goods without proper licensing
- malware, credential harvesting, or unauthorized access tooling
- content that exploits minors or promotes violence or hatred
- unlicensed financial services, money transmission, or cryptocurrency exchange
02Your provider’s rules also apply
Because your sales are processed by your own payment provider, their rules apply to everything you sell. A product allowed here but prohibited by your provider may still be blocked, held, or reversed by them.
It is your responsibility to know and follow your provider’s restricted-business list.
03Technical use
You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or to other accounts
- send card numbers or other cardholder data to our API
- circumvent rate limits or authentication
- use the service to send unsolicited messages
04Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, where warranted, suspend or terminate an account. Serious cases — fraud, harm to consumers, or illegal activity — may be reported to the relevant authorities and to your payment provider.
05Reporting
If you believe an account is violating this policy, report it through our contact page.
